The mentors and their families met in Löffingen, Germany, from 17 to 19 June for the retreat camp. In addition to various workshops, there was also a lot of time for fun and exchange.
The mentors received information about what is planned for the next HiCoders season and what their tasks will be. There were also workshops on topics such as mentorship, HR or network strategy. Over good food and lively conversations, new mentors got to know the existing team.
Even though the WiFi connection in the accommodation could have been better and some workshops took a little longer, everyone had a good time in the end.
