At HiCoders, we recently had the pleasure of hosting three impactful workshops focusing on Active Listening, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Feedback. Our mentors and employees participated in these workshops at our office in Lucerne, gaining invaluable insights and practical skills that are crucial in both our professional and personal lives.
