We met in Einsiedeln on 18 November for the HiCoders Mentor Camp. Together with our mentors we looked at the structure of our courses, gathered feedback, and held workshops. The HiCoders Board would like to thank everyone for their support, commitment, and tireless efforts!
One more time we had the pleasure of meeting in front of a picturesque backdrop. This time we came together on 18 November in Einsiedeln for a Mentor Camp. Over 20 people took part this weekend.
The focus was on the design of our web programming courses. So we discussed the quality of our courses in a workshop. For example, how can we improve our bootcamps for the participants?
Another focus was our examination system. In this workshop, we exchanged ideas on how to measure the quality of our participants’ education. We also talked about our mentoring system and how we could make it better or different in the future.
We have summarised the suggestions for improvement we found in this way in a document. The HiCoders board will consider the suggestions and thank everyone involved for their cooperation.
