Web engineering is a multidisciplinary field that focuses on the design, development, maintenance, and management of web-based applications and systems. It encompasses various principles, techniques, tools and technologies for creating functional, efficient and user-friendly websites, web applications and web services.
HiCoders offers high-quality IT courses for beginners, career changers and especially for refugees. Our program is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the IT industry. The program is divided into two phases: Fundamentals and Specialization.
Two-phase training program: Fundamentals & Specializations
In the first phase, Fundamentals, students learn basic programming skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, algorithms, analytical thinking, and problem-solving strategies. They are also introduced to advanced computing techniques and the use of programming tools. By the end of the Fundamentals phase, students will have a solid knowledge and hands-on experience in programming.
In the second phase, Specialization, participants have the opportunity to focus on specific areas within the IT industry. Our Talent Agency assists participants in selecting the immersion that best suits their needs.

- Fullstack Web Programming
- AWS Cloud Engineering / DevOps (AWS re/Start is a part of the programme and this part is free of charge)
- Software Testing
Duration: 9 months

Time commitment: at least 24 hours per week

Fullstack Web Programming
Fullstack web development with React.js, Node.js and MySQL Stack: In this immersion, participants learn the techniques and technologies required to develop modern web applications. They will be trained in frontend and backend development, database management, and the use of React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.
AWS re/start
This immersion focuses on using Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud computing solutions and DevOps practices to improve collaboration between developers and IT operations teams. Students will learn how to set up, manage, and optimize cloud services and apply DevOps methodologies for efficient software development and deployment.
Software Testing
In this specialization, participants acquire comprehensive knowledge in the areas of software testing and quality assurance (QA). They learn to apply manual and automated testing procedures and become familiar with the most well-known testing tools and methods. They will also learn how to implement proven best practices in testing and QA.
